2022 Barbera

This Amador County barbera is a fairly light one, with classic varietal cherry and strawberry flavors.  Its plenteous acidity gives it a crisp tartness that will pair well with rich foods.  Try dishes made with braised roasting chicken, such as Rich and Creamy Chicken Tetrazzini or Chicken Cacciatore.  Or pair its fruity flavors with Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Dried Fruit Sauce.
