2018 Cabernet Franc
UPDATE: This is a bright and spicy wine. One of the more ancient varietals, it’s traditionally blended, as in Bordeaux. On its own, it’s less tannic and more herbaceous, with a chalky character, and flavors of Tulare Cherry and Bell Pepper. Serve with Grilled Pork Chops with Cherry Sauce, and Roasted Parsnips with Rosemary.
