Drytown, California. Now in its fifth year of
business, Drytown Cellars is going strong. We've been so busy, in fact, that we added a whole new building (and a power-generating solar system) to our original facilities during the last year. We've been featured nationally by the California Wine Club, whose members have enjoyed limited releases of our wines. However, most sales are direct, so visit us here in the "Gold Country" of the beautiful Sierra Nevada Foothills, or call us and we'll be happy to ship our current releases.
Owner and winemaker Allen Kreutzer has been in
the wine business for more than 20 years. He opened the doors of Drytown Cellars in late 2001 on the old Vaira
ranch site on historic Highway 49. Allen crafts
wine from local grapes for other wineries in the area and across the state, but makes his own wines his priority. He wants folks to "Come visit and try
them!"
Stop by to see if we are here--you can ring
the bell to get our attention if we are not in the tasting room.
We're always glad to see visitors. And we're always open on Fridays,
Saturdays and Sundays from 11AM 'till 5PM. |
